If you wish to bring forward any resolution for consideration at the meeting, please send it addressed to the Secretary either by e-mail or by post, stating clearly the description and purpose of the resolution, to reach on or before 8 November 2018.

If you wish to nominate yourself or any other member to any position in the Management Committee for 2019, please complete the attached Nomination Form and send it to the Secretary either by email or post to reach on or before 4 November 2018.
